At Martam, we are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping process, costs, and delivery times for your orders.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. This email will include your order details and a link to track your order status.
2. Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
- Delivery times for international shipping vary depending on the destination. Typical delivery times range from 7-14 business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Martam ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipments to P.O.
Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Martam is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Martam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to select international destinations. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at vertexstore.ae@gmail.com to inquire about shipping to your location.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
