1. Returns

2. Refunds

Partial Refunds

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vertexstore.ae@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
